The lessons are for acoustic (nylon string) guitar. The focus of the lessons depends on your needs and preferences, but I do direct it towards note-reading, learning solo and duo pieces with gradual levels of difficulty, technique, chord theory and improvisation. Although it is based on a classical music approach, there is always space for looking at songs (pop, rock) that you want to learn. I give lessons to all ages (starting 7 years-old) and all levels.

Violin (modern and baroque): Given by Marite Sainz Palacios.
My professional experience goes from classical and baroque to tango and light music, so all these styles are available to learn. Children and adults of all ages and levels are welcome. Violin playing can be easy and fun from the first lesson! I like to work on body awareness, taking good care of the muscles and breathing in connection with movements and musical phrases. My wide experience in different techniques like yoga, tai-chi and meditation helped me in developing a type of motivation that enriches the musical experience.

FEES
The fee for an hour lesson is 45 euros (plus 21% BTW if you are over 21 years old). 30 minute lessons (recommended for children) cost 22.50 euros. Trial lessons are offered at the same hourly price.
The lessons are offered in Dutch, English or Spanish. They take place at our home studio, in Schiebroek (North of Rotterdam). There are still some time slots available, call us soon to book yours!
